Director Researchers Ph.D. Candidate Students Alumni
Abolhasan Yousefpour received his B.Sc. degree in biomedical engineering from the Hamedan University of Technology in 2015, and M.Sc. degree in biomedical engineering from the Iran University of Science and Technology (IUST) in 2019. His Master's thesis project was about restoring bladder function using intraspinal microstimulation under supervision of Prof. Abbas Erfanian. His research interests include intraspinal stimulation, deep brain stimulation, photobiomodulation, optogenetic stimulation, biomedical signal processing, nonlinear dynamic analysis, and machine learning. Currently, he is a senior researcher at the Iran Neural Technology Center while he examines the effects of the deep brain stimulation in treating the motor control problems of Parkinson’s disease.
